Online registration paid with credit card is the preferred means of registering for CLP 2024. We no longer provide registration forms or accept faxes. Please contact the Executive Office if you wish to pay by check.
All registration prices are stated in US dollars (USD).
Health & Safety at CLP 2024
ACLP does not require conference attendees to be COVID-19 vaccinated, but it is strongly encouraged. You are not required to declare or document your vaccination status to register or participate in the conference.
ACLP recommends but is not mandating the wearing of masks at CLP 2024. Please be respectful of personal choices.
ACLP also recognizes we are in uncertain times and our health and safety policy may need to change dramatically to adapt to circumstances. We will be following CDC guidance closely and will update Academy members and registrants should our policy need to change. Thank you for your understanding.
Event Terms and Conditions
Our Event Terms & Conditions apply to all ACLP events and before you can complete your registration you must acknowledge and accept them. Should you not wish to accept the Event Terms & Conditions you should not register. Submission of a registration is regarded as your acceptance of these Event Terms & Conditions.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellations, in writing to info@clpsychiatry.org, are permitted up to and including October 31, 2024, less a USD 100 cancellation fee; students do not pay cancellation fees. At any time up to the first day of the conference, Wed November 6, in-person registrations can be converted to live-streamed registration and the fee difference refunded with no cancellation fee. There are no refunds for cancellation of live-stream registrations after October 31.
Refunds are returned to the original credit card whenever possible and take about 5-7 business days to appear in the receiving account. If a refund cannot be returned to the credit card, it will be issued by ACH or check after the conference and speed will be dictated by your responsiveness to completing our required forms, but may take up to 21 days.
Registration fees for cancelled registrations cannot be applied to future ACLP conferences. No refunds of any kind are offered for registrants who do not cancel prior to the conference and who do not attend.
