This session will provide a brief overview of the evidence-based applications of mindfulness as they relate to C-L Psychiatry and Whole Health, followed by a guided mindfulness practice meant to help cultivate the qualities of presence, ease and compassion, and to foster the development of skillful response to distress and difficulty.
Learning Objectives:
Participants will learn the primary evidence-based applications of mindfulness as they relate to C-L Psychiatry and Whole Health
Participants will understand mindfulness from an experiential perspective, aiding them in incorporating mindfulness into their daily lives and teaching basic mindfulness skills to others
