Dr. Jiang graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree in biology and received his MD from the University of Central Florida. He completed his general psychiatry residency training at the University of South Florida and his fellowship in consultation-liaison psychiatry at Stanford University.
His research endeavors focus on the application of optical neuroimaging in neuropsychiatric disorders and neuromodulation techniques. His clinical interests include delirium, critical care psychiatry, depression in the medically ill, and transcranial magnetic stimulation.
Dr. Jiang works with the Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry team at the UF Health Shands Hospitals and also focuses on research investigating the application of optical neuroimaging in delirium and subsequent post-delirium cognitive impairment and development of Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias.
