Dr. Linda L.M. Worley, is an ICF trained, Master Certified Physicians' Development Coach, a Professor Emeritus of Psychiatry and Ob/Gyn in the UAMS College of Medicine, and an Adjunct Professor of Medicine at Vanderbilt with the Center for Professional Health.

Dr. Worley devoted her expertise helping patients, physicians and other colleagues, students, and residents optimize their mental health and wellbeing. She served in many clinical and academic leadership roles throughout her career all driven by a determination to prevent and relieve suffering. Dr. Worley recently served as an Internal Executive Leadership Coach for UAMS Faculty, and as the inagural Chief Wellness Officer for the College of Medicine following her five prior years as Regional Associate Dean for the UAMS Northwest College of Medicine. Earlier roles included founding the central campus-wide student and faculty wellness programs, leading the University Hospital C-L Service, directing Arkansas CARES (Center for Addiction, Recovery, Education and Services), and initiating the Women’s Mental Health Consultation Service within the existing statewide Antenatal and Neonatal Guidelines, Education and Learning System. She is a past president of the Academy for Consultation Liaison Psychiatry and of the Association for Academic Psychiatry where she received the Lifetime Achievement Award. She was recognized as being one of the top 50 women leaders in Arkansas in 2023.

Dr. Worley retired from academia in 2024 and is filling her days with meaningful activities ranging from being a YaYa, spending time with loved ones, speaking, writing, coaching and volunteering on a non-profit Equestrian Bridges Board.
