Dr. Diana Punko is currently a full-time inpatient consultation-liaison psychiatrist at Weill Cornell Medicine/NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital in New York City. She has an academic appointment as Assistant Professor of Clinical Psychiatry at Weill Cornell Medical College and is involved in the education of medical students, psychiatry residents, clinical fellows, and other trainees. Dr. Punko completed a clinical fellowship in consultation-liaison psychiatry at Massachusetts General Hospital in 2021, where she remained for an additional three years, serving as an attending psychiatrist in the areas of emergency psychiatry, consultation-liaison/transplant psychiatry, and perinatal addiction psychiatry. Her academic interests include bioethics, deception syndromes, and reproductive psychiatry.
