Molly Howland, MD is an assistant professor working in the inpatient CL setting at the Cleveland Clinic, having graduated from Cleveland Clinic's CL psychiatry fellowship in June 2023. She attended Case Western Reserve University for medical school and graduated from residency at the University of Washington, where she served as a chief resident. She is a former Webb Fellow. Dr. Howland is enthusiastic about decreasing mental health stigma by increasing non-psychiatrists' comfort with managing psychiatric issues through teaching. She has won national-level awards for her teaching efforts and was selected as Curriculum Director of Cleveland Clinic's psychiatry residency program. Her research has focused on health services delivery, a topic on which she has published several papers and received prior research funding and regional awards.
