Dr. Carlos Fernandez-Robles is a psychiatrist specialized in psycho-oncology and electroconvulsive therapy (ECT). He is affiliated with Harvard Medical School and Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital. He received his M.D. from the Universidad Industrial de Santander in Colombia and later pursued an M.B.A. at Yale School of Management with a healthcare concentration.
Dr. Fernandez-Robles has been involved in developing patient care services, improving access, and creating new protocol services in both of his areas of focus. Currently, he serves as the Chief of Psychiatry at Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital in Boston and Vice-Chair of Faulkner Psychiatry for Brigham and Women's Hospital.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Fernandez-Robles is dedicated to teaching, guiding medical students, residents, and fellows, and contributing to academic literature in his fields of interest.
