Dr. Stephanie C. Tung is an early career psychiatrist at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute (DFCI) and Brigham and Women’s Hospital (BWH). She is an instructor at the Harvard Medical School. Dr. Tung has a medical degree from Columbia University. She completed residency at the University of Southern California and fellowship at BWH/DFCI. Dr. Tung has expertise in psychosocial oncology, women’s mental health, integrated care, and medical education. She serves as an Associate Site Director for the BWH/DFCI CL Psychiatry Fellowship and co-chair for the DFCI Psychosocial Oncology and Palliative Care (POPC) Education Committee. She is a member of the ACLP Early Career Psychiatry (ECP) Subcommittee and a former co-chair for the ECP SIG. Dr. Tung has been an invited speaker at workshops for breast cancer patients and young women with cancer. She has been involved in international education programs for oncology providers in Colombia, Brazil, and China.
