Dr. Galindo-Donaire is a Consultation-Liaison Psychiatrist at the Institute of Social Security in Honduras (IHSS) and also serves as a professor of psychiatry and research advisor to the Honduras' Psychiatry Residency Program. He completed his Residency in Psychiatry at the National Autonomous University in his home country Honduras, then his C-L fellowship training at the National Institute of Medical Sciences "Salvador Zubirán" (INCMNSZ) in Mexico City, and has a Master's degree in Medical Sciences and Clinical investigation from the same Institute, a program of the National University of Mexico (UNAM). He is the current chair of the Hispano-American Psychiatry SIG within the Academy.
