Nona Nichols earned her medical degree at University of Alabama School of Medicine. She completed residency in adult psychiatry at Wake Forest School of Medicine and fellowship in Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. She is now working as a consultation-liaison psychiatrist for the Cleveland Clinic and serves as co-APD of the CL fellowship. In addition to general psychosomatic medicine, areas of interest include women's mental health, ethics, palliative care, collaborative care, and trainee education.
