Dr. Moschenross started her career in medicine at University of Connecticut, where she completed a MD PhD in 2011. She then went to University of Pittsburgh for general adult psychiatry as well as CL fellowship. She stayed on to work within UPMC CL service line, and is the medical director of the CL service at their flagship facility.
