Mr. Cloughly has spent the last 21 years serving as a consultant to large scale manufacturing firms, including Toyota and Nissan. He has expertise in designing, developing, and validating assessments utilized across multiple sectors, including the safe hiring practices of factory workers in major automotive companies. He is a software engineer by training and in addition to proficiency in assessment-building, has a broad range of skills in both the technical and mathematical domains. In March 2024, he joined the Stanford Division of Medical Psychiatry family as an Adjunct Lecturer. In this capacity, he helps develop and hone the design structure of ongoing studies including application of statistical methods and improved data collection strategies.
