Andrew Fregenal is a 4th year medical student currently attending the University of Michigan Medical School. Prior to his medical education, he grew up in the Raleigh, North Carolina area, and received his Bachelors degree in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is planning to apply to psychiatry residency programs in the Fall of 2024. His current interests include exploring modern approaches to quality improvement projects, consult-liaison psychiatry, academic medicine, and management of patient's with psychosis.
