Dr. Silverman is a Hospice and Palliative Medicine physician and Bioethecist. He completed a fellowship in Clinical Medical Ethics at the MacLean Center and a fellowship in Hospice and Palliative Care and Medical Education at University of Wisconsin. He currently works at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center where he is the Program Director for the Hospice and Palliative Medicine Fellowship and does inpatient medicine on the Palliative Care consult service.
