Dr. Neeta Shenai completed her residency training and fellowship in consultation-liaison (CL) psychiatry at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. Currently, she serves as an associate professor of psychiatry at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine where she is one of the primary attendings on the CL service. Additionally, she is the department lead for Phase 3 in the medical school, which includes curriculum development of the last 1.5 years of medical school as well as serving as the faculty champion for mentoring/advising medical students interested in psychiatry. Her clinical interests include perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, and addictions.
