Dr. Prince is a dual board-certified psychiatrist in general and consultation-liaison psychiatry. She is an expert in providing integrated psychiatric care for patients with sickle cell disease. Psychiatry is a component of comprehensive sickle cell disease care to address common disease complications including depression and chronic pain. Dr. Prince is focused on developing approaches to providing mental health care for young adult patients with sickle cell disease as they transition to the adult system of care.
