Dr. Molly Falkowski, PsyD is a clinical psychologist with a degree from William James College. She is currently working at Mass General Brigham Salem Hospital across several departments, primarily the medical consult and liaison psychiatry service, partial hospitalization program and outpatient mental health clinic. On the CL service, Dr. Falkowski provides assessment and brief psychological intervention to patients being treated for occurring medical, substance and psychiatric issues. Additionally, she provides support to families and hospital staff to aid with psychoeducation and behavioral planning, and continues to work towards building a proactive, embedded model of inpatient psychology within the consult service. In the other departments, she provides individual and group psychotherapy. She is also a member of the training faculty, supervising a range of students and leading educational seminars. Her clinical interests include, but are not limited to, trauma informed care, risk assessment, personality disorders, substance use and health psychology.
