Dr. Allison Deutch is a Clinical Associate Professor of Psychiatry at the NYU Grossman School of Medicine & Program Director of the Women's Mental Health Fellowship. She received her undergraduate degree from Cornell University and her Medical Degree from SUNY Buffalo School of Medicine. Dr. Deutch then went on to complete her Adult Psychiatry residency training at NYU Langone Medical Center, eventually joining the Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry Service at the NYU Manhattan Campus in 2015. Dr. Deutch’s clinical interests focus on the use of screening to improve the detection & treatment of patients suffering from - or at risk for - perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. In addition to her work on the C-L Psychiatry Service, she has been actively involved in the growth and development of the new Perinatal Mental Health Care Program within NYU's large OB/GYN faculty group practice.
