Dr. Tyler Zahrli graduated from Saint Louis University with two undergraduate degrees in Biology and Theological Studies in 2012. He continued his studies at Saint Louis University's School of Medicine, receiving both his MD and MA in Health Care Ethics in 2019. After medical school, Dr. Zahrli completed his general adult psychiatry residency in Des Moines in 2023 where he served as Chief Resident and helped develop multiple residency curricula and new elective experiences. He is currently completing his Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry fellowship at Stanford University and is planning to return to the Midwest after training. Dr. Zahrli has a passion for medication education and program development. His clinical and research interests include medical education, critical care psychiatry, psycho-oncology, and psychopharmacology.
