Shivani Kumar is an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Chicago Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Neuroscience. She completed her medical degree at Rush Medical College and then completed her adult psychiatry residency and consultation liaison fellowship at the University of Chicago Medicine. She is currently the Co-Director of Transplant Psychiatry at the University of Chicago Medicine and the Director of Medical Student Education in Psychiatry at the Pritzker School of Medicine.
