Dr. Victoria Moors holds an MD and MA in Urban Bioethics from Temple University. Her academic area of interest focuses on optimizing psychiatric care for persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Her ultimate goal is to build an integrated accessible community mental health clinic with an inclusive art studio and gallery. She believes artmaking is crucial to fostering community, fighting isolation, and allowing people to realize our power as creators.
