Dr. Rohini Paul is a third year psychiatry resident at Kaiser Permanente San Jose. She completed undergraduate training at Duke University in psychology and neuroscience, which guided her to pursue psychiatry while attending medical school at Western University of Health Sciences. In residency, Dr. Paul has been heavily involved in residency leadership, community advocacy, and scholarly activity, interested in the fields of geriatric psychiatry, consultation-liaison psychiatry, and community psychiatry. Outside of her clinical interests, Dr. Paul is passionate about clinician wellness and resilience and has spearheaded the development of a novel narrative medicine curriculum for psychiatry residents.
