Dr. Fernandez-Robles completed his psychiatry residency at the University of Miami, trained in consultation-liaison psychiatry at Massachusetts General Hospital, and later completed an MBA at the Yale School of Management. His mission is to lead the development of sustainable innovation applying design and systems thinking to multidisciplinary teams and leveraging all types of resources to improve clinical operations and organizational performance. His academic focus includes psycho-oncology, electroconvulsive therapy, ketamine, and esketamine treatments, physician leadership, and resident/fellow teaching.
