Serving as Vice Chair of Education, CL Fellowship Program Director for the Inova Fairfax Hospital/ George Washington University, and Director of the Psychiatric Consultation Service at Inova Fairfax Hospital, Catherine Crone has maintained a long-term interest in patient care and trainee education. She has maintained subspecialty interest in organ transplantation, gastroenterology, oncology, and developed more recent focus on women's mental health. She has a strong commitment to fellowship education, which includes a devotion to mentoring trainees during and after their time as fellows. She is a Past President of ACLP, a member of the Finance Committee, and is also active in ABPN, APA, ACP, and soon also ACGME.
