Graduated from residency in psychiatry from Texas A&M in June of 2020 and completed a fellowship in Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry at University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. I then joined the University of Virginia (UVA) faculty as an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry and Neurobehavioral Sciences in August of 2021 and work on the Consultation-Liaison service. I am part of the Reproductive Psychiatry Research Program at UVA with Dr. Jennifer Payne, focusing on women's mental health. In addition, I work on curriculum development for the residency program as associate program director and will direct the new Consultation Liaison psychiatry fellowship at UVA.
