After completing medical school and foundation training in Edinburgh, Scotland, I spent six months working in liaison psychiatry in the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh, where I solidified my passion to pursue a career in psychiatry. I have subsequently moved to London in order to embark upon further training and am now working as a core psychiatry trainee in a busy mental health unit.
