Dr. Mulkeen is a member of consultation-liaison psychiatry team at NYU Langone, Tisch Hospital. She attended Rutgers-New Jersey Medical School, where she graduated as a member of Alpha Omega Alpha, and then completed her psychiatry residency at Yale, where she was chief resident. Following graduation, she worked as an attending psychiatrist at Yale Student Mental Health and Counseling before moving to New York for a fellowship in consultation-liaison psychiatry at Columbia University. In addition to her work as a C-L psychiatrist, Dr. Mulkeen was an attending at NYS Psychiatric Institute’s Washington Heights Community Service where she was the director of the Audubon Clinic’s Day Treatment Program and also recently graduated with a certificate in adult psychoanalysis from the Columbia University Center for Psychoanalytic Training and Research. Her professional interests include psychoanalytic psychotherapy and medical student and resident education.
