Dr. O'Leary is from Houston, Texas. After she completed her psychiatry residency at Baylor College of Medicine in June 2024, she started as an outpatient psychiatrist at Talkiatry where she currently practices. She attended the University of Texas in Austin for her undergraduate degree where she majored in Biochemistry and subsequently completed her medical degree at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. She earned her Master's in Public Health at Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City.
