Consult-Liaison Attending Psychiatrist

Dr. Ashley Nieves - Archibald is a staff psychiatrist in the department of psychiatry at Boston Medical Center (BMC) working in the consult-liaison psychiatry service and is building an outpatient psycho-oncology clinic that will serve the growing cancer population at BMC. She is an assistant professor of psychiatry at Boston University School of Medicine. She completed her residency training at Boston Medical Center/Boston University School of Medicine and fellowship training in Consult-Liaison Psychiatry at Brigham and Women's Hospital, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, and Harvard Medical School on the fellowship's psycho-oncology track. Her clinical interest include demoralization, neuropsychiatric effects of cancer and cancer treatments, palliative psychiatry and medical education.
