Dr. Outlaw is a 4th year adult resident psychiatrist in the Massachusetts General Hospital/McLean Residency program. She completed medical school at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. She has taken an interest in anxiety disorders and the role of nutrition in clinical psychiatry. After graduating in June 2025, she plans to pursue outpatient practice in California.
