Dr. Jai Ahuja, or Jai is an International Medical Graduate from India aspiring towards a psychiatry residency in the USA. He has been working as a medical doctor since 2021, with clinical experience spanning Columbia University, UC San Diego, SUNY Upstate, and Synergy Institute in India, where he has worked in various psychiatric and emergency settings, along with a recently concluded research rotation at Northwestern University. Before stepping into medicine, Jai’s first act was as a screenwriter and stand-up comedian in Mumbai, India. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, film, and talking about his dogs.
