Attending Psychiatrist

Dr. Jordan Holter, originally from Carlisle, Pennsylvania, completed his undergraduate course work through McDaniel College in Westminster, Maryland where he received a dual-degree in Business Administration and Economics prior to attending and graduating from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM) in Erie, Pennsylvania where he received his doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine and his Master’s of Health Service Administration (MHSA). He trained and completed his psychiatric residency through St. Luke’s University Health Network as part of their inaugural class. Currently, Dr. Holter is an attending psychiatrist at St. Luke's, where he provides inpatient clinical support through the extended acute care (EAC) unit in addition to his role as the psychiatric consultant at Sacred Heart Hospital in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Clinically, his interests include consult-liaison psychiatry, emergency psychiatry, forensic psychiatry and correctional psychiatry in addition to participating in resident and medical student education as a faculty member at St. Luke's and as a clinical assistant professor in the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University, Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Science, respectively.
