Dr. Grooms is an assistant professor at University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. She is board certified in adult psychiatry and consult liaison psychiatry, having completed her consult liaison fellowship at Brown University in 2018. Currently her clinical duties are divided between the hospital consult-liaison service, interventional psychiatry service and a multidisciplinary psycho-immunology and genetics clinic. She is active in resident and medical student education as a lecturer, preceptor and mentor.
