Sharlo Bayless is a psychiatry resident at the University at Buffalo, where she will also fast track into the child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship. She graduated from Wright State University medical school in 2022 with a medical degree and a master's degree in pharmacology and toxicology. Prior to medical school, she worked with children in foster care, which gave rise to her interest in child and adolescent psychiatry. She has interests specifically in attachment and early childhood trauma.
