Dr. Natalia Ortiz is a double board-certified Professor in Clinical Psychiatry with 19 years of experience treating psychiatric disorders in medically complex patients. She is dedicated to education advocacy, fostering diversity in the healthcare workforce, and mentoring thousands of medical students and residents. Dr. Ortiz founded the Consultation and Liaison Psychiatry Track and has served 15 years as chief and medical director of a leading medical psychiatric clinical educational inpatient service program. As a leader in various healthcare organizations, she advocates for mentorship, innovative medical psychiatric care, and workforce development. She has proactively facilitated networking opportunities within the healthcare sector, connecting professionals to promote business growth and establish strategic partnerships
