Sarah is Associate Director of Medical Services at the Freedom Trail Clinic, a community mental health center run by North Suffolk Mental Community Services. At the MGH Psychosis Clinical and Research Program she focuses on clozapine treatment, population health, and integrated psychiatric-medical care. At Freedom Trail Clinic, she instructs nurse-practitioner students from programs across the city and participates in training residents of the MGH-McLean Adult Psychiatry Residency Program during their community rotation. Sarah works closely with the state's Department of Mental Health and their patients across their spectrum of care, from homeless shelters to state hospitals to the community. Prior to becoming a psych-NP, Sarah worked at The Scripps Research Institute on the neurodevelopment of schizophrenia, Novartis Institutes of Biomedical Research in molecular imaging, and McLean Hospital on the psychotic disorders unit.
