Dr. Kim is a first-year psychiatry resident at the Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra / Northwell at Staten Island University Hospital (SIUH). She graduated from the University of Southern California in 2017 with a Bachelor of Arts in Biological Sciences major, summa cum laude. She obtained her Doctor of Medicine degree at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in 2023 and started her psychiatry residency at SIUH. Her interests are in consultation-liaison, especially capacity assessments, and forensic psychiatry. Outside of work, Dr. Kim loves to try new hobbies, including pottery, rock climbing, running, crocheting, painting, and many more.
