Dr. Walter J. Kilpatrick is a Staff Psychiatrist at Baystate Medical Center and an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at UMass Chan Medical School - Baystate. He currently serves as the Medical Director for the Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry services at Baystate Medical Center. He is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in Psychiatry and in Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry. Dr. Kilpatrick completed his internship and residency training in Psychiatry at Maine Medical Center in Portland, ME. Following residency, he completed his Fellowship in Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, MA. His clinical interests include cardiac-psychiatry, psycho-oncology, and neuropsychiatry.
