Kristian Larson is a PGY-3 resident in general psychiatry at Rush University Medical Center. His professional interests include a focus in neuropsychiatry, consultation-liaison psychiatry, neuromodulation, and psychedelic medicine. He is currently involved in the Rush Treatment Research Center helping manage clinical trials, including synthetic psilocybin and vagus nerve stimulation, for treatment-resistant depression. Before joining Rush, he completed medical school at University of Arizona College of Medicine, earning distinctions in research and community service, and inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) National Medical Honor society. During his free time, he enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and practicing yoga.
