Dr. Kathryn Conley received her Doctorate of Pharmacy (PharmD) from Drake University, located in Des Moines, Iowa, in 2019. She then completed her post-graduate year 1 pharmacy practice residency training at the Edward Hines Jr., VA Hospital, located in Hines, Illinois, in 2020. Kathryn has been working within the University of Chicago pharmacy department as a clinical pharmacy specialist since the December of 2021. She received her board certification as a pharmacotherapy specialist in December of 2023.
