Third Year Psychiatry Resident

Dr. Pronga grew up in Central Wisconsin and attended the University of Wisconsin- Stevens Point where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in biology and minoring in chemistry and psychology. She went on to complete her medical doctorate at St. George's University in Grenada, West Indies. Currently, she is a third-year psychiatry resident at the University of Illinois College of Medicine- Peoria Psychiatry Residency Program. She will work as a chief resident next year for the 2024-2025 academic period. Her role in the project included collaborating with psychiatry and emergency medicine providers to gather survey responses and other data collection for analysis.
