Emma Torncello is a PGY-4 psychiatry resident at the University of New Mexico. She graduated from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine in 2021 with a pathway of emphasis in Ethics and Medical Humanities. Emma is passionate about working to expand access to mental health care, particularly within underserved communities. Alongside of her current role as Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry Co-Chief Resident, she also works within the primary care setting to provide psychiatric care to Albuquerque's refugee population.
