Dr. Meyer is a consultation-liaison psychiatrist specializing in lung/solid organ transplant and psycho-oncology, particularly women’s cancers. She maintains an affiliation at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and has conducted clinical research characterizing risk factors and interventions for fatigue, cognitive dysfunction, and depression in oncology patients. She has been involved in nationwide educational initiatives and research as chair of the Medical Student Education Subcommittee for the Academy of Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry, and served as interim psychiatry residency program training director at BWH/HMS (2020-21), director of medical student education in psychiatry at BWH/HMS (2010-2020; 2024-present) and associate director of the consultation-liaison psychiatry fellowship at BWH (2015-2021).
