Susan Abbey MD, FRCPC is a psychiatrist who subspecializes in mental health care in the context of life-threatening illness and organ transplantation. She also has expertise in mindful-based stress reduction and mindful-based cognitive therapy. She is a Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Toronto. She has made significant contributions to organizational psychiatry in Canada and is a highly regarded teacher.
