Dr. Dhruti Patel is board-certified in Adult psychiatry and board-eligible in Addiction Psychiatry. Her specialties include working with adults with co-occurring mental illness and substance use disorders. Dr. Patel completed her residency in psychiatry at the Renaissance School of Medicine at Stony Brook University in 2020 and completed an addiction psychiatry fellowship at NYU Langone Health in 2021. She is currently a member of the American Academy of Addiction Psychiatry where she is also the co-chair of the Early Career Committee. She enjoys teaching medical students, residents, and fellows.
