Sara Lindeke, MD, MA, is an assistant professor at the Medical College of Wisconsin with faculty appointment in the departments of psychiatry and emergency medicine. She is board certified in general adult psychiatry and consultation-liaison psychiatry. Dr. Lindeke's clinical work is focused on psychiatric consultation in the inpatient medical and emergency room settings. Outside of clinical activities, Dr. Lindeke has particular interests in education of medical students and residents. Her prior academic projects have included creating online learning modules for medical students in their psychiatry clerkship and establishing a psychiatry curriculum for emergency medicine residents. Currently she is part of a collaborative project between the departments of emergency medicine and psychiatry to reduce stigmatizing language in medical documentation. Dr. Lindeke also serves as an associate program director for the psychiatry residency program at the Medical College of Wisconsin.
